  I had a terrible experience with this store. I paid a premium for a dozen roses which I was advised were fresh in that day from interstate.I drove ten minutes to home and opened them from cardboard surrounds and they were browned. I called and spoke with the lady who had served me, who also claimed she was the owner. She was rude and basically blamed me saying I had obviously killed them, despite the fact that she hadn't even looked at them herself when taking them out of her fridge. Not only was I essentially robbed, having paid $80 for something I had to throw in the bin, I was also berated like a child. I would never buy from this place again if it was the last place in Perth with flowers!
